Current Issues in Winery Laboratory Quality: TTB Certification
UPDATE April 2010:
The TTB has posted their new procedure for their laboratory/chemist certification program, and it's much more thorough and comprehensive than the previous procedure. There are a lot of changes, both major and minor, along with more clarification of some once-confusing issues. The procedure 2010-1 is on their website, but I've also uploaded it here for your convenience. I'd recommend you go to the TTB website to make sure you have the most current data.
(I have tried very hard not to use the term "finally" in any of the above text. This was a long-awaited update!)
